• We will accept for exchange or return merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase.
  
• Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
  
• A $10.00 shipping charge will be subtracted from return credit if order received free shipping promotion.
• Merchandise must be returned in a resalable condition.
• Customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs. 
  
• Return shipping method must be traceable by customer; for example, DHL, UPS, FedEx or any other carrier with a traceable service.

(FreshTallTees.com) does not tolerate credit card fraud.  All credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  In such a case, we will turn over all information including but not limited to your name, IP address, e-mail address, and billing and shipping address to local and federal authorities.  We will also pursue civil legal action against all offenders.
